Refund Policy

EDUNEXT Computer Classes, a computer training institute operating under IRA Education and IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., aims to provide clear and transparent information regarding course fees and refunds.

1. Course Fees

Course fees are communicated to students before enrollment. Students are advised to understand the course, duration, schedule, fee structure and applicable terms before making payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered when:

1. A student has made a duplicate or incorrect payment.
2. EDUNEXT is unable to provide the enrolled course due to circumstances attributable to the institute.
3. A payment has been made but the admission or enrollment cannot be processed by EDUNEXT.
4. Any other refund is specifically approved by EDUNEXT based on the circumstances.

3. Refund After Course Commencement

Once a student has attended classes, accessed course materials or substantially started the course, the paid course fee will generally not be refundable, except where required by applicable law or where EDUNEXT approves a refund based on the circumstances.

4. Change of Mind

A student who changes their mind after enrollment may request cancellation. However, a refund is not automatically guaranteed, particularly where classes have commenced, resources have been allocated, or course materials/services have already been provided.

Any applicable refund will be considered according to the circumstances and the terms communicated at the time of enrollment.

5. Batch or Course Transfer

Where reasonably possible, EDUNEXT may allow a student to transfer to another batch or, where applicable, another course instead of providing a refund.

Such transfer will be subject to seat availability, course requirements and approval by EDUNEXT.

6. Promotional & Discounted Fees

Special offers, promotional fees, discounts or scholarship-based fees may be subject to specific terms communicated at the time of enrollment.

Any applicable refund or adjustment for such offers will be considered according to the terms of the respective offer.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the student should contact EDUNEXT Computer Classes and provide:

1. Student's full name
2. Course name
3. Mobile number
4. Payment details or receipt
5. Reason for the refund request

Refund requests should preferably be submitted in writing through our official contact channels.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method or another suitable method agreed with the student.

The time required for the refund to appear in the student's account may depend on the payment method, bank or payment service provider.

9. Non-Refundable Charges

Where clearly communicated before payment, certain charges relating to services already provided, examinations, certification, registration, study materials or other third-party services may not be refundable, subject to applicable law.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

EDUNEXT may consider refund or alternative arrangements in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any rights available to a consumer under applicable law.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

EDUNEXT Computer Classes may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
